Sports / PE Teacher

(with Warden Responsibilities) — build fit, confident, joyful young athletes on a beautiful hill campus.

1. The Role in One Line

Lead sports and physical education at a growing boarding school — plan and run energetic, inclusive sessions, drive the school's sports culture and competitions, and help students grow in fitness, confidence, and character. As a resident on campus, you will also take on warden responsibilities as a secondary part of the role, helping guide and care for students in hostel life.

2. About Plenum

Plenum is a future-focused boarding school in the hills of Himachal Pradesh, nurturing aspirational students into young people of courage, consistency, capability, compassion, and character. We combine academic excellence with real-world skills, supported by technology-enabled systems, English immersion, and a coaching culture where every adult on campus is a mentor and role model — never an authoritarian figure.

3. Why Join Us: A Call to Adventure

Plenum is more than a workplace — it is a mission, set in the forests and hills of Himachal.

As our Sports / PE Teacher, you will own the sports and games life of the whole school — the daily energy on the field, the competitions students remember for years, and the confidence that comes from a child discovering what their body can do. You will also be part of a close residential community, mentoring students beyond the field as a warden.

At Plenum, we offer:
- Real ownership of the school's entire sports and PE programme.
- Regular training and mentorship, and support to grow as a up-to-date coach.
- A transparent, supportive, coaching-first culture.
- Free boarding and food on a beautiful hill campus.
