Role Summary/Purpose:

The AVP, ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management Leader has the technical, development and architectural accountability of Integrated Risk Management (IRM) within Synchrony’s ServiceNow platform. The leader will guide the Integrated Risk Management ServiceNow implementation and ongoing enhancements. This role will focus on IRM and, as bandwidth allows, will expand to additional ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM).
