Role Description The Senior Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading and driving sales performance in the residential and commercial real estate segments. This role involves managing and mentoring a team of sales professionals,



setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue goals. The Senior Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end client engagement, from prospecting and consultations to deal closure, ensuring a high-quality, transparent advisory experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with developers, attending site visits, conducting market analysis, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives.
