About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Sales Executive to support our sales and business development activities. Candidates with experience in specialty coffee beans, café operations, F&B;, hospitality, luxury, premium lifestyle brands, or related businesses will be preferred.

The ideal candidate should be confident in interacting with customers and have a genuine interest in coffee and café culture. The candidate must have basic barista skills and know how to prepare coffee. Advanced barista expertise is not mandatory, as the company will provide further training;
however, candidates must have a basic practical understanding of coffee preparation and café operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, references, networking, and market visits.
- Develop business with cafés,



restaurants, hotels, offices, premium establishments, and other B2B customers.
- Promote and sell specialty coffee beans and related coffee products.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product/service solutions.
- Follow up regularly with leads, enquiries, quotations, and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct customer meetings and market visits as required.
- Coordinate with the operations and accounts teams for order processing, delivery, billing, and payment follow-ups.
- Maintain proper records of leads, customer interactions, orders, and sales activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
