Role Description The Accountant role at NFPL is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The accountant will handle day-to-day accounting operations, including recording financial transactions,



maintaining ledgers, and reconciling bank statements. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and payable, supporting payroll processing, and assisting in monthly and annual financial closing. The role will involve generating financial reports, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and tax regulations, and coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders. The accountant will also contribute to process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and support management in budgeting and cost control activities.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in financial accounting and bookkeeping, including ledger management and bank reconciliation.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel, with the ability to generate and analyze financial reports.
