Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Company Secretary with strong Corporate Legal, Governance, Compliance and Strategic Transaction experience to manage the secretarial and legal governance requirements of Sturlite and its group companies.

This is not a purely secretarial role.



The candidate should have strong exposure to corporate law, commercial contract drafting/review, legal due diligence, corporate restructuring, shareholder arrangements and strategic transactions.

The role will also involve supporting the organisation's IPO readiness and eventual public listing journey, making prior exposure to IPO preparation, listing compliances or listed-company governance highly desirable.

This position offers a strong career prospect to grow into the Group Company Secretary role, with responsibility for secretarial, governance and corporate legal matters across Sturlite and its group companies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Board, Committee & Corporate Governance
- Act as Secretary to the Board and key Committees including Audit, NRC, CSR, Risk Management and other applicable committees.
- Plan, convene and document Board/Committee meetings and AGMs in accordance with the Companies Act and Secretarial Standards SS-1 & SS-2
