Position Overview:

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality and engaging visual content across digital and print platforms, aligned with the organization’s brand identity and business objectives. The role will involve translating creative briefs and marketing requirements into impactful visual concepts while ensuring consistency in design, typography, layout, color, and overall brand language.

Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create visually compelling designs across digital and print platforms, including social media creatives, marketing collaterals, presentations, brochures, emailers, banners, advertisements, and website assets.
- Interpret creative briefs and business requirements to develop clear, engaging, and brand-aligned visual concepts.
- Collaborate with marketing, content, product, and other internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative assets for campaigns, marketing initiatives, and business communication.
- Ensure consistency in brand identity and visual language across all creative outputs,



with appropriate use of typography, layout, color, imagery, and other design elements.
- Manage multiple design assignments simultaneously, ensuring adherence to agreed timelines, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Incorporate stakeholder feedback and refine designs to ensure final creative outputs are accurate, effective, and production ready.
- Stay updated on evolving design trends, tools, formats, and best practices across digital and print media, and incorporate relevant trends into creative output where appropriate.
- Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets to ensure structured documentation, easy accessibility, and efficient reuse.

Skills & Competencies
- Solid proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Sound understanding of core design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, layout, and vis
