We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Export Business Development Manager to join our team in Nagpur. The candidate will be responsible for developing international markets, acquiring new customers, managing existing export accounts, and driving growth across global markets.

We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in chemicals, starch & starch derivatives, food ingredients, oilfield chemicals, industrial chemicals, paper/adhesive chemicals, or other B2B manufacturing/export businesses.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new customers, distributors, agents, and business partners in international markets.
- Generate export enquiries through direct outreach, online platforms, industry databases, exhibitions, references, and market research.
- Develop markets across the Middle East/GCC, Africa, Southeast Asia and other international regions.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle—from lead generation and technical/commercial discussions to quotation, negotiation and order closure.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with existing overseas customers and generate repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, Proforma Invoices, commercial offers, and tender submissions.
- Coordinate with production, QC, logistics, documentation and finance teams for smooth execution of export orders.
- Work closely with customers on product specifications, samples, approvals and technical documentation.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor activity, pricing and new business opportunities.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, Incoterms and commercial conditions with customers.
- Coordinate freight enquiries, container planning, shipment schedules and export documentation.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular forecasts and business development reports to management.
- Travel internationally for customer meetings, exhibitions and market development whenever required.
