Role Overview

Khaitan India Ltd. is looking for an aggressive, results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to take full operational and commercial charge of the Jabalpur territory and surrounding markets.

The ideal candidate will have extensive ground-level channel sales experience in fans, home appliances, or consumer durables, with established trade relationships. The role focuses on driving primary and secondary sales volumes, expanding the dealer-distributor network, leading field sales executives, and maximizing counter-level share across urban and rural markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Target Delivery: Formulate and execute territory-level sales plans to consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual targets (volume and value) across fans, small domestic appliances, and consumer durable product lines.
- Distribution & Channel Expansion: Identify, onboard,



and manage high-performing distributors, stockists, and retail dealers across Jabalpur, Katni, Mandla, Seoni, Narsinghpur, and adjoining clusters.
- Secondary Sales & Beat Governance: Implement and enforce strict Permanent Journey Plans (PJP) and market-visit discipline for Sales Officers and Field Executives to ensure high retail extraction and rapid stock turnaround.
- Commercial & Credit Discipline: Oversee distributor credit limits, ensure timely payment collections, manage balance reconciliations, and maintain sustainable distributor ROI in line with company policies.
- Trade Schemes & Market Activation: Plan and execute competitive dealer incentive programs, seasonal booking schemes, retailer display contests, and electrician/contractor meets to boost brand visibility and counter pull.
- Depot & Logistics Coordination: Work closely with the regional C&F; depot and logistics teams to forecast SKU demand accurately
