Why this role exists

This role owns that journey. You'll be the single accountable owner of the international GP number, the international sales team, the CRM, and — most critically — the international channel and distribution network that will carry Duratuf worldwide.

You won't inherit a machine. You'll build one.

What will you own end to end
- The number. Carry and grow a multi-crore international GP number targeting ~5x growth over three years. Once the plan is jointly locked, you own execution end-to-end — no relitigating.
- The channel. Build (not just manage)



our international partner and distribution network — a tracked funnel from Identified to Scaled, a growing active-partner base each year, dormant markets reactivated, and top partners graduated to distributor tiers.
- Retention. Grow to 1,000 active workplaces with real discipline — every customer classified by buying frequency, a weekly at-risk report, and a recovery playbook you own.
- New categories. Take every new safety product to market internationally with a country-by-country GTM plan.
- The team. Hire, lead, and retain the international sales team, scaling from 2–3 to 6–10 — on a real operating rhythm of weekly reviews and quarterly scorecards.

Must Have
- 10–14 years in international B2B industrial sales, having carried a real export GP number (safety, PPE, electricals, industrial, or adjacent)
- A partner network you built — and can name, with outcomes attached
- 3–6 distributed direct reports managed, with documented quota a
