ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Head of Operations & Marketing to take ownership of day-to-day operations, digital marketing, lead generation, website management and business growth.

This is an execution-focused role. The successful candidate must personally manage digital advertising campaigns, update the company website, create content, analyse results and implement improvements. This is not a role focused solely on coordinating agencies or supervising other people.

A mandatory requirement is previous qualified experience working remotely for an Australian business or Australian client.

MANDATORY AUSTRALIAN EXPERIENCE

Applicants must demonstrate previous remote professional experience with an Australian business or client.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES1. OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
- Manage daily business operations and coordinate sales, operations, installers, suppliers, subcontractors and customers.
- Monitor jobs, schedules, delivery timelines and outstanding actions.
- Improve sales-to-operations handovers and customer communication.
- Develop SOPs, checklists and workflows.
- Monitor KPIs and identify operational inefficiencies.
- Implement corrective actions and process improvements.
- Maintain accurate CRM and operational records.
- Support resource planning and scheduling.
- Report operational performance to the Managing Director.
