Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated, skilled, and well-organized Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day administration, hospitality, facility management, and overall operations of our Experience Centre in Bangalore.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and coordination skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to independently manage the Experience Centre while ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for clients, employees, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day administrative operations of the Experience Centre.
- Ensure the Experience Centre is maintained in a clean, organized, professional, and client-ready condition at all times.
- Handle client hospitality and ensure a warm and professional experience for visitors.




- Coordinate with housekeeping staff and monitor their day-to-day activities and performance.
- Ensure housekeeping, cleanliness, pantry, and common areas are maintained properly.
- Coordinate with facility and maintenance vendors for regular and emergency requirements.
- Manage vendors related to manpower, electricity, housekeeping, provisions, maintenance, and other office requirements.
- Monitor vendor performance, service quality, and timely completion of assigned work.
- Maintain records of vendor details, invoices, service schedules, and administrative expenses.
- Coordinate office provisions, stationery, pantry supplies, and other administrative requirements.
- Ensure electricity, water, internet, maintenance, and other facility-related requirements are followed up and resolved on time.
- Support the team in organizing client meetings, internal meetings, R&R; activities, celebrations, events, and other Experience Centre activities.
