Creative Director - Brand & Content

Thrillophilia is building the future of experience-led travel: personalised multi-day journeys that help people experience destinations more deeply, not merely visit them.

We are combining curated experiences, strong destination expertise and AI across discovery, trip planning and the traveller journey. Our ambition is to build Thrillophilia into The Experience Company.

Now we need a creative leader who can give that ambition a distinctive voice, visual identity and cultural presence.

/n

We are looking for a Creative Director - Brand & Content to build Thrillophilia's creative engine from the ground up. This is not a role where you inherit a finished playbook. You will create it.

What you will do

- Define how Thrillophilia looks, sounds and shows up as The Experience Company
/n
- Create culturally relevant campaigns, social content, films and original travel IPs
/n
- Turn destinations, traveller insights and everyday human truths into ideas people want to share
/n




- Build and lead a Gurgaon-based team of art directors, writers, editors, video producers and creators
/n
- Establish a high-quality, high-velocity content system across organic social, brand campaigns, partnerships and performance creatives
/n
- Work closely with founders, marketing, growth and destination partners to turn business priorities into memorable creative work
/n
- Use AI intelligently to improve creative exploration, production speed and scale, without compromising taste
/n

Who we are looking for

/n

/n
- 8–14 years of experience across creative agencies, consumer brands, media companies or content-led startups
/n
- A portfolio that demonstrates original thinking, solid storytelling and exceptional visual judgment
/n
- Someone equally comfortable developing the big idea and ensuring the final reel, film or campaign is excellent
/n
- Deep understanding of contemporary culture, social
