As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Target Creative Bengaluru, you will operate at the intersection of creative, social and business, leading complex work across channels and cross-functional teams.

Working with minimal direction, you will bring strong understanding of your functional area, shape how creative work gets done, and create the clarity, structure and momentum needed to move work from brief to execution. You will be a trusted partner to both creative teams and business partners, balancing strategic thinking with solid operational execution.

As a Sr. Project Management Analyst, Target Creative Bengaluru, you will:
- Own end-to-end project management for social creative across organic, paid and affiliate marketing,



translating business and channel priorities into clear plans and driving work from brief through final execution.
- Bring a strong understanding of social platforms, trends, audience behaviour, campaign performance and brand priorities to help the creative team develop work that is relevant, effective and right for the channel.
- Act as the key point of contact between Target US partners and Target in India cross-functional teams, ensuring clarity, alignment and momentum across the work.
- Communicate recommendations, ideas and opportunities clearly and strategically, tailoring the message to different audiences and helping drive decisions across partners and teams.
- Lead project planning, timelines, actions and dependencies across multiple workstreams, making timely decisions, identifying risks early and keeping projects on track.
