Job Role: Team Lead – Business Development (EdTech)

Location: Malkapur, Maharashtra

Salary: Up to ₹6 LPA (Fixed) + Unlimited Performance Incentives

11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week

Holiday: Alternate weekday holiday, with a total of 6 days off per month

About the Role:

FinnovationZ is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Lead – Business Development to lead our EdTech sales team and drive revenue growth.

The Team Lead will be responsible for managing the sales team, achieving monthly revenue targets, improving conversion rates, monitoring sales activities, coaching associates, and ensuring consistent business performance.

The ideal candidate should have robust communication and leadership skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to motivate and manage a target-driven team.
