pharma& is looking for a talented AI & Machine Learning Intern to join our team in Hyderabad.
This internship is designed for candidates with a strong technical foundation in artificial intelligence and machine learning who are looking to apply their skills to real-world business problems.
We are particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate practical experience through academic, personal, open-source or skilled AI/ML projects.

What you will work on As part of the team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to AI, machine learning and data-driven initiatives, potentially including:
Developing and evaluating machine learning models
Exploring Generative AI and Large Language Model applications
Working with structured and unstructured data
Supporting proof-of-concepts and AI prototypes
Data preparation, exploratory analysis and feature engineering
Experimenting with LLM APIs, open-source models and AI development frameworks




Exploring Retrieval-Augmented Generation, semantic search and vector databases
Supporting the development of scalable AI and analytics solutions
Working alongside colleagues across data, analytics, digital and business functions

Qualifications Candidates should have:
A Bachelor's or Master's degree, or currently be studying towards a degree, in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field
Strong Python programming skills
Hands-on experience with Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn
Hands-on experience with at least one deep learning framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow
Good understanding of data structures, algorithms, probability, statistics and mathematical concepts relevant to machine learning
Demonstrated experience building, training and evaluating machine learning models
