We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain accurate financial records, support statutory compliance, and assist the management with financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts using Tally/ERP accounting software.
- Record and maintain daily sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
- Prepare and ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory returns.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in preparing Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.




- Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with customers for outstanding payments.
- Maintain proper records of accounts payable and vendor transactions.
- Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursement accounting.
- Manage petty cash and ensure proper documentation and supporting bills for expenses.
- Maintain organised records of invoices, bills, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors and provide the required financial information and documents.
- Support management with accurate and timely financial data, reports, and analysis for decision-making.
- Ensure accounting records are maintained accurately and in accordance with applicable financial and statutory requirements.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA Finance candidates may also apply.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Good working knowledge of Tally/ERP s
