About the Role

We are looking for a Key Account Manager – E-commerce & Quick Commerce to drive growth across Amazon, Flipkart, Tata 1mg, PharmEasy, Netmeds, Blinkit, Zepto and other emerging digital platforms.

The role will own day-to-day account management, sales growth, visibility, promotions and execution across platforms, working closely with internal Marketing, Supply Chain and Finance teams as well as external performance agencies.

Key Responsibilities
- Own sales and account performance across assigned marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.
- Drive topline growth, assortment, pricing, promotions, visibility and platform-level activations.
- Track key metrics including sales, traffic, conversion, ROAS, BSR/search ranking, inventory, fill rates and contribution margins.
- Plan and execute platform campaigns, sale events and new product launches.




- Work closely with performance agencies to optimise in-platform advertising and promotional spends.
- Monitor competition, category trends, keywords and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure strong inventory availability, catalogue hygiene, content optimisation and operational execution.
- Build strong relationships with platform category/account managers and drive joint business plans.
- Prepare regular account-wise MIS, performance reviews and actionable recommendations.

What We Are Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience managing e-commerce / marketplace key accounts, preferably in FMCG, wellness, healthcare, nutrition or consumer brands.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller/Vendor Central, Amazon PI and other marketplace analytics/advertising tools.
- Solid understanding of Amazon, Flipkart and quick-commerce platform metrics and commercial levers.
