About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Manager – Non-IT Recruitment to lead and mentor a team of recruiters and drive end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple non-IT industries.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in non-IT recruitment, team management, client handling, sourcing strategy, and recruitment operations, with a proven track record of meeting hiring targets and delivering quality talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of non-IT recruitment professionals.
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for multiple clients and hiring mandates.
- Manage hiring across BFSI, Healthcare, BPO/KPO, Manufacturing, Real Estate, and other non-IT sectors.
- Handle recruitment across entry-level, mid-level, and senior-level positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and talent acquisition plans.
- Drive market mapping, talent intelligence, and competitor hiring analysis.




- Monitor and improve team performance against key recruitment metrics, including TAT, productivity, closures, conversion ratios, and quality of hire.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understand client requirements and ensure timely, high-quality recruitment delivery.
- Identify recruitment process gaps and implement effective process improvements.
- Leverage recruitment technology, automation, and AI-powered sourcing tools to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and support team development.

Candidate Profile:
- 6+ years of experience in recruitment, with strong exposure to non-IT hiring.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
- Strong hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure.
