About Opportunity

The CAAS Manager is responsible for leading the delivery of recurring accounting and financial reporting services for a portfolio of U.S.-based clients. This role serves as the primary engagement manager for offshore accounting teams and works closely with U.S.-based Seniors, Managers, and Directors to ensure high-quality, timely service delivery.

The Manager will oversee accounting operations, month-end close processes, financial reporting, team development, client service execution, and continuous process improvement. This position requires strong technical accounting knowledge, exceptional project management skills,



and the ability to lead multiple engagements simultaneously in a quick-paced professional services environment.

What You'll Do

Client Service Delivery

• Serve as the engagement lead for multiple recurring accounting clients.

• Coordinate daily delivery activities between India-based teams and U.S.-based client service leaders.

• Ensure all client deliverables are completed accurately, timely, and in accordance with service-level expectations.

• Participate in recurring client status meetings and internal engagement reviews.

• Monitor engagement progress, identify risks, and proactively escalate issues.

• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders.

• Support client onboarding, transitions, and process stabilization efforts.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes for assigned client portfolios.

• Review journal ent
