Role Purpose

In this role you'll run hiring execution across QI Spine and Backgood. You'll deliver quality hires on time for clinical, center operations, contact center, and corporate roles. You'll work closely with the Head of TA to strengthen our hiring processes, data, and employer brand as we grow.

Key Responsibilities





Hiring Delivery
- Own end-to-end recruitment for assigned mandates, including Spine Specialists and physiotherapists, center managers, contact center teams, and corporate functions.
- Partner with business and clinical leaders to understand manpower plans, define role requirements, and agree on hiring timelines.
- Hit hiring targets for time-to-fill, offer-to-join ratio, quality of hire, and cost per hire, especially for high-volume, multi-city roles.
- Manage offers and pre-joining engagement to reduce drop-offs.

Sourcing & Campus
- Build sourcing channels across job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and professional communities.
- Run campus recruitment drives at physiotherapy colleges, including pre-placement talks, assessments, and relationships with placement cells.

Process, Data & Systems
- Keep hiring trackers, dashboards, and MIS accurate, including monthly headcount reconciliation and reporting t
