About the Role
KonProzTech Private Limited is the parent company that is building various products in the domain of tax, finance, consulting and compliance areas.
VIDUR is our 1st flagship product that is today live in 170+ cities with 11,000+ users growing with 30% MoM.
We recently also launched VMUS, AI native consulting tech platform for boutique consulting for India Inc., MSME and startups.
KonProz has built enterprise grade AI Agents for clients like Nirmal Bang, NexEdge capital in the domain of Insurance and Wealth sector.
We are looking for a Senior Technology Lead who can take end-to-end ownership of our technology — products, infrastructure, engineering team, scalability,
security and technical decision-making.
This is not a role where you will only manage developers or attend sprint meetings.
We need someone who can look at the complete technology ecosystem, understand what can go wrong before it goes wrong, step into difficult situations when required and make sure the technology team keeps moving.
You will work closely with the founders and will gradually become the key technology owner across VIDUR’s products and enterprise solutions.
What You Will Own Product & Technology
- Take overall technology ownership across VIDUR’s web, mobile, AI and enterprise products.
- Understand the architecture and dependencies across existing products.
- Work closely with product, business and founders to convert business requirements into practical technology execution.
- Review architecture and make decisions around scalability, reliability and performance.
- Evaluate current technologies, AI model
