Role Summary
- Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Business Brokerage
- Type: Full time, remote
- Work Location: EStreet NextGen Pvt. Ltd., Chandigarh IT Park
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
- Working Hours: 6:00 pm – 3:00 am
- Salary: Up to ₹35,000 per month (In-Hand)
- Facilities: Food provided and cab facility available
- Reports to: The three partners (day-to-day point of contact: Mitch)
- Scope: Owns the lead from first contact to the closing stage;
senior broker takes over for contracts and paperwork

Key Responsibilities

1. Respond to all inbound leads (web forms, email, WhatsApp, phone, listing portals) within [1 hour] during business hours
2. Make outbound calls and send follow-up messages to prospective buyers and sellers from our lead lists




3. Pre-qualify every lead using our qualification script and checklist:
- Buyers: budget/available capital, financing situation, timeline, target industry and location, experience, immigration/visa status if applicable
- Sellers: business type, location, revenue and profitability range, reason for selling, timeline, asking price expectations

1. Collect and verify contact details, documents and basic financials from leads
2. Send NDAs, buyer profile forms and intake forms and follow up until returned
3. Present matching business/franchise opportunities to qualified buyers and coordinate information requests between buyer and seller
4. Nurture and advance the lead through every stage of the pipeline until the parties are ready to proceed to an offer
5. Hand off to a senior business broker at the closing stage for LOI/offer preparation, contracts and final paperwork
6. Enter and update every lead in the C
