Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

We provide office spaces to startups, businesses and professionals at prime office locations and at affordable prices. We are currently in 14 locations in Hyderabad and are rapidly growing. CoKarma is on a mission to create inspiring office spaces and a large community of businesses and entrepreneurs.

About the Role:

As a Community Manager at a coworking space, your role is to foster a vibrant and inclusive community among the members of the coworking space. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming setting that encourages collaboration, networking, and engagement among the diverse group of individuals and businesses that utilize the coworking space.

Key Responsibilities:

Member Relations: Build strong relationships with members of the coworking space,



understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service. Act as the main point of contact for members, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.

Space Tours: Giving a tour of the space to potential clients, understanding their requirements and showing them various options, showing them facilities and amenities at the space

Community Development: Develop and implement initiatives and programs that foster community engagement, such as networking events, workshops, and social gatherings. Create opportunities for members to connect, collaborate, and share knowledge to promote a sense of community and mutual support.

Space Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the coworking space, including managing reservations, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness, and ensuring that facilities and amenities are well-maintained and operational.
