About the Role

Beam Forward is looking for an analytical, hands-on Sr Analyst – Data & Governance to establish reliable reporting, strengthen recruitment operations, and turn data into clear business action across our RPO and agency accounts. This role is ideal for someone who combines operational discipline with curiosity, communicates confidently with stakeholders, and thrives in a quick-moving startup environment where priorities evolve, and ambiguity is part of the opportunity. You will own the talent intelligence and reporting cadence for Beam Forward’s Talent Advisory Business. Working across account, demand, and candidate data, you will create a single, trusted view of performance;
maintain process discipline;
publish decision-ready dashboards;
support Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs);
and develop Talent Intelligence that helps internal teams and clients anticipate market needs.

Responsibilities





Account and demand trackers
- Maintain accurate, current trackers across all RPO and agency accounts, including open demand, ageing, ownership, priority, fulfilment status, risks, and next actions.

Candidate funnel governance
- Monitor and reconcile the end-to-end funnel—from sourcing and screening through interviews, offers, joining, and closure—while ensuring consistent stage definitions and data hygiene.

Dashboards and reporting
- Publish clear weekly, monthly, and periodic dashboards that highlight performance, trends, bottlenecks, exceptions, and actions required.

QBRs and business reviews
- Build compelling QBR packs with accurate metrics, account narratives, root-cause insights, achievements, risks, and forward-looking recommendations.

Talent Intelligence
- Produce market and talent insights on skill availability, location, compensation, competitor activity, supply-demand dynamics, and hiring feas
