About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our EdTech sales team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective students/parents, understanding their educational requirements, and recommending suitable courses or learning programs.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication and convincing skills, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for sales and education.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through outbound calls, digital leads, referrals, and other sales channels.
- Connect with prospective students and parents to understand their educational goals and requirements.
- Explain courses, programs, benefits, fees, and career outcomes clearly.




- Follow up consistently with leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Convert qualified leads into paid enrollments and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Build solid relationships with prospective students and parents throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
- Coordinate with the counselling, academic, and operations teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
- Track daily activities, conversions, follow-ups, and sales performance.
- Stay updated on courses, competitors, market trends, and industry developments.
