About the Role





We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager – IT Staffing to drive business growth across the European IT staffing and consulting market.

The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the European IT recruitment ecosystem and proven experience in acquiring new clients, developing strategic accounts, generating staffing opportunities, and converting leads into long-term business relationships.

The role will focus primarily on new client acquisition, IT staffing sales, contract staffing, permanent recruitment, and IT consulting opportunities across European markets.
