About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior IT Support Engineer / IT Support Engineer II to manage and support Qapita's enterprise IT environment across endpoints, identity, collaboration tools, security platforms, and network infrastructure.

This role is ideal for an IT professional with strong expertise in Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Endpoint Security, and Enterprise IT Operations who can independently drive IT administration, troubleshooting, automation, and security best practices in a fast-paced SaaS setting.

Key Responsibilities

Endpoint Management & Device Administration




- Manage Windows and macOS endpoints through Microsoft Intune.
- Configure and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Administer Autopilot provisioning and endpoint lifecycle management.
- Manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Automated Device Enrollment (ADE).
- Enforce FileVault, BitLocker, and endpoint security controls.

Identity & Collaboration Platforms
- Administer Microsoft Entra ID including:

> Identity lifecycle management
> Conditional Access Policies
> MFA enforcement
> SSO integrations
> Group-based licensing
- Manage Microsoft 365 services including:

> Exchange Online
> SharePoint Online
> OneDrive
> User and mailbox administration

Security Operations
- Manage CrowdStrike Falcon endpoint security and respond to security alerts.
- Administer Forcepoint DLP policies, exceptions, and incident reviews.
- Support vulnerability management through Qualys
