Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to own end-to-end hiring for technical roles across TechGrit and our client engagements. This is an individual-contributor role for someone who can work independently: take a requirement from intake to offer with minimal supervision, manage multiple open roles in parallel, and act as a trusted hiring partner to delivery leaders and clients. You will build pipelines for hard-to-fill technical profiles, keep candidate quality high, and bring structure and data to how we hire.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment
• Own the full recruitment cycle independently — requirement intake, JD creation, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and pre-joining follow-up.
• Manage 8–12 concurrent open positions across technology stacks (.NET, Java, MERN, Cloud/DevOps, QA, Data, AI/ML, Mobile) and seniority levels up to Architect and Engineering Manager.
• Conduct first-level technical and cultural screening to ensure only well-matched profiles reach technical panels and clients.




• Drive offer closure — compensation discussions, counter-offer handling, and notice-period management to minimise drop-offs.
Sourcing & Pipeline Building
• Source actively through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Hirist, job boards, referrals, and professional communities; run boolean and X-ray searches for niche skills.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill roles so that shortlists can be shared within 48–72 hours of a new requirement.
• Coordinate with external recruitment partners and interview-panel vendors — share briefs, review submissions, and track vendor performance.
Stakeholder & Client Management
• Partner with delivery leaders and hiring managers to understand role needs, calibrate profiles, and advise on market availability and compensation.
