The Opportunity
Are you someone who understands precision machining floors from the inside out? We're looking for an Precision Machining- Implementation Specialist to help our manufacturing customers successfully roll out and adopt the Novatro platform on the floor where precision and process discipline matter most.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead on-site and remote implementation of Novatro's platform at precision machining facilities
- Work directly with machinists, operators,



and plant managers to configure the platform to real shop-floor workflows
- Identify and troubleshoot practical adoption issues specific to high-precision manufacturing environments
- Act as the on-the-ground voice of the customer, feeding real operational insight back to product and engineering
- Support training and go-live activities alongside the Training Manager and Customer Experience team
- Travel to customer sites as required for implementation and support

Qualifications and Skills
- Strong practical understanding of precision machining processes, tolerances, and shop floor operations
- Excellent problem-solving skills under real-world, sometimes messy operational conditions
- Comfortable communicating with both floor operators and plant leadership
- Level C1 or above English proficiency
- Comfortable traveling to customer sites as needed
