About the roleWe are looking for a hands-on specialist who can identify the right businesses, reach decision-makers, and generate qualified sales conversations. You will support two related offerings: Agaarwal Advisors’ business and technology consulting, and Infooware’s software products and solutions.
Our initial markets include India, South Africa, and the Middle East. You will work closely with the founder and solution team to turn industry research into focused campaigns and measurable opportunities.
What you will do
- Research target companies and decision-makers in sectors such as healthcare, distribution, retail, logistics, education, and skilled services.
- Build prospect lists by industry, company size, geography, business challenge, and likely buying role.
- Run personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, website enquiries, and relevant business directories.




- Create campaigns for consulting services and solutions including CRM, WhatsApp engagement, field sales automation, healthcare systems, fleet management, and operational software.
- Develop clear outreach messages, landing-page briefs, lead magnets, and follow-up sequences with the founder and marketing team.
- Qualify enquiries, arrange discovery meetings, and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Track campaign results, test messages and audiences, and improve conversion from first contact to qualified meeting.
- Coordinate with sales and solution specialists to ensure prospects receive relevant demonstrations and proposals.

What we are looking for
- Proven experience generating leads for B2B consulting, IT services, SaaS, or enterprise software.
- Strong skills in LinkedIn prospecting, account research, email outreach, and CRM management.
- Ability to write concise, personalized messages for founders, CEOs, operations leaders, and technology
