About the Role: Serving as a key financial leader for our regional operations, the Financial Controller will report directly to the APAC Regional Finance Lead while collaborating extensively with the broader APAC finance group. This position requires an autonomous, highly organized professional who excels in time management, analytical problem-solving, and managing multiple priorities within the fast-paced advertising sector.

Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and analysis by formulating budgets, evaluating performance through variance assessments, and delivering comprehensive fiscal reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Direct full-cycle accounting functions—including AP/AR,



payroll, and general ledger maintenance—ensuring timely month/year-end closures and the accurate preparation of statutory financial statements.
- Guarantee strict adherence to regional and federal financial protocols by managing accurate tax filings, maintaining comprehensive audit documentation, and serving as the primary liaison for internal/external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies.
- Optimize corporate liquidity and working capital while fulfilling all banking mandates, including routine financial reporting and covenant adherence.
- Assess operating expenses continuously to uncover operational efficiencies and deploy targeted cost-reduction initiatives.
- Cultivate a high-performing finance department and foster cross-functional collaboration, acting as the primary financial partner for vendors, clients, and internal teams.
