Role Description The Key Account Manager – D2C/E-Commerce Brands will oversee relationships with key accounts, ensuring strong performance across online and offline channels. This full-time, in office role based in Saket involves managing day-to-day account operations, monitoring sales performance, and executing business plans to achieve revenue and margin targets. Responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on inventory, merchandising,



and marketing campaigns, preparing regular performance reports, and identifying growth opportunities for key accounts. The role also involves resolving account-related issues promptly, maintaining high standards of customer service, and aligning brand objectives with account strategies. The Key Account Manager will collaborate closely with leadership to refine account plans and contribute to overall business development.

Working Days : Monday-Saturday
Working Hours: 11am-8pm
