Job Title - Art Director – 2D (Graphic Design)

Job Purpose:
As an Art Director – 2D, you will lead the development of compelling, brand-aligned visual designs across print and digital touchpoints. From immersive event graphics to multi-format campaign elements, you will steer the visual language of projects while mentoring junior designers and collaborating with strategic, client servicing, and production teams to deliver high-impact outcomes.,

Key Responsibilities / Accountability:
- Creative Conceptualization & Campaign Execution
- Develop original visual concepts and direct the creative output across branding, marketing, event, and digital campaigns ensuring consistency and quality across media.
- Design Strategy Alignment




- Translate brand stories into visually engaging design languages that align with both client objectives and target audience sensibilities—spanning ATL, BTL, digital, MICE, and experiential formats.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead, guide, and review the work of design team members; provide constructive feedback and ensure on-brand, on-brief, and timely delivery of design assets.
- Event & Experience Design
- Design creative visual assets for conferences, activations, exhibitions, and internal branding that resonate emotionally and elevate the physical experience of spaces and events.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with copywriters, programmers, production teams, and client leads to translate concepts into integrated campaigns with seamless narrative flow.
