Job Summary: A fast-growing FinTech company operating in the emerging digital financial services space is looking to hire a Senior Accounts Manager – CA with 6–8 years of experience to manage accounting, financial reporting, taxation, compliance, reconciliations, audits, and financial controls.

Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Accounting & Financial Reporting:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.




- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and MIS reporting.
- Ensure proper accounting of revenue, expenses, assets, liabilities, and provisions.
- Conduct regular ledger scrutiny and account reconciliations.
- Ensure books of accounts are maintained accurately in accordance with applicable accounting standards.

2. Taxation & Statutory Compliance:
- Oversee GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other applicable statutory compliances.
- Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and payment of applicable taxes.
- Coordinate with tax consultants and external professionals as required.
- Support tax assessments, audits, notices, and related documentation.
- Maintain accurate tax records and supporting documentation.

3. Audit & Internal Controls:
- Coordinate with statutory, internal, and other external auditors.
