NBabli is a growing D2C women's fashion brand focused on comfortable everyday wear made primarily from cotton, handloom cotton, and yarn-dyed fabrics.
NWe are looking for a Fashion Designer who can contribute to trend research, fabric selection, sampling, garment development, fit corrections, embroidery development, print development, and collection creation for women's western and fusion wear.
NKey Responsibilities

- Trend research and collection development N
- Fabric selection and sourcing N
- Sampling, fitting, and garment development N
- Print, embroidery, and surface development N
- Coordination with masters, artisans, karigars, and vendors N
- Technical sketches, tech packs, and specification sheets N
- Product styling, photoshoots, and collection launches N
- Working closely with production teams to ensure commercial viability N
