- Minimum - Bachelor of Engineering (Civil), with MBA N
- Minimum Relevant work experience : 15 years with International exposure N
- Exposed to Development comprehensively N
- Positive Project management& Construction management skills N
- Good communication skills, Working knowledge of MS Project / Prima Vera/ AutoCAD, MS office etc soft wares N
- People management skills N
- Vendor management skills N

- Contracts & Procurementmanagement in coordination with Internal procurement team N
- Statutory approval – coordination & management at the project level, with compliances N
- Coordination with Architects, consultants etc., N
- Vendor managementn
- Project Quality planning and control N
- EHS planning, coordination and ensuring compliance N
- Project Schedule planning & tracking N
- Project Cost planning &tracking; N
- MIS Reporting, cash flows generation etc., N
