nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an Admissions Operations Executive to manage the end-to-end application processing and communication for students applying to universities abroad. The role involves ensuring applications are accurately completed, documents are properly submitted, deadlines are tracked, and communication with students, parents, and universities is handled efficiently.

nKey Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end university application processing , including application filling and submission.n
- Review student information and documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before submission.n
- Prepare and submit applications through university portals, UCAS, Common App, and other application platforms .n
- Coordinate with students to collect pending documents, information, and application requirements.n




- Track application deadlines, document requirements, submission status, and decisions .n
- Handle regular communication with students, parents, universities, and internal teams through email and other communication channels.n
- Coordinate with universities regarding application queries, missing documents, updates, and clarifications .n
- Maintain accurate application trackers and ensure all records are updated on time.n
- Follow up with students and internal teams for pending actions and ensure timely completion.n
- Assist with offer letters, application updates, visa-related documentation, and other post-application requirements as required.n
- Ensure all applications are processed with high accuracy and attention to detail .n
