NSection 1: Purpose of the position

- Candidate will beresponsible for accounting profile at IBU, GIFT City, Gujarat N
- To independently set upand operate Accounting and Risk function at International Business Unit (IBU),



GIFT City, Gujarat. N
- To maintain books of accounts, reconciliations, daily control activities, Head office / regulatory reporting, periodic Financial statement preparation and audit handling. N
- To manage Direct and Indirect tax compliances N
- To prepare all the prudential reports in line with IFSCA regulation. N
- To understand and prepare HO risk ratios and explain the management as well as supervisor whenever required. N

NFinancial Accounting, Taxation, Regulatory reporting and Risk

- Maintain books ofAccounts including postings, managing daily controls includes Bank reconciliation etc. N
- Preparation of Financial Statements [JGAAP and IFRS] N
- Manage audits/ externalreviews like statutory audit, review by regulators etc N
- Preparation and submission of Head office related reports. N
- Manage all direct and indirect tax compliance
