This is a hands-on customer acquisition and growth role .
You will be expected to find customers, speak to them, build partnerships, generate leads, follow up, convert enquiries into bookings, and conduct on-ground acquisition activities.

We are looking for a Customer Acquisition & Growth Executive to take ownership of acquiring new customers, building local communities, developing partnerships, and driving bookings across Bengaluru.

This is a hands-on growth role where you will directly contribute to the expansion of mypet9.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive customer acquisition and generate qualified leads for mypet9.
- Convert leads and enquiries into customers and bookings.
- Identify and execute new online and offline customer acquisition channels.
- Build relationships with pet parents and local communities.
- Develop partnerships with apartment communities, pet stores, groomers, vets, trainers, and other pet-related businesses.
- Execute referral and community-based acquisition initiatives.
