Zenryn Technologies is looking for an outstanding Business Development Intern who doesn't wait for instructions — they identify the path, test it, and make things happen.
This isn't a conventional internship where you're given a checklist and told what to do every day.
You'll work on real business development — client outreach, cold calling, lead generation, relationship building, follow-ups, opportunity creation and converting conversations into actual business.
We're looking for someone who can operate independently, think commercially and take ownership of outcomes.

- Is exceptionally robust at communication and cold calling
- Can confidently approach businesses, founders and potential clients
- Knows how to start conversations, build relationships and create opportunities
- Has prior experience in business development, sales, outreach, lead generation or client acquisition
- Is sharp, observant and commercially minded
- Can think independently instead of waiting for someone to provide the next step




- Takes ownership and treats responsibilities with the mindset of an owner, not just an intern
- Can handle rejection, learn from it and maintain momentum
- Understands that effective outreach is about knowing who to approach, why to approach them and how to create value
- Can adapt when the obvious approach doesn't work
- Is comfortable operating in an environment where the path isn't always predefined

What You'll Actually Do Your responsibilities may include:
- Cold calling and direct outreach
- Finding and qualifying potential clients
- Prospecting through LinkedIn, email, phone and other relevant channels
- Building and managing a sales pipeline
- Managing leads and follow-ups
- Understanding prospect requirements and business problems
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Scheduling qualified meetings
- Supporting the conversion of opportunities into clients
- Developing and testing new outreach st
