Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Quality Head to lead the end-to-end quality function across product development, manufacturing, supplier quality, process quality, testing and customer quality . The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HVAC, refrigeration, chillers, thermal systems or related cooling products , with a proven track record of establishing and improving quality systems in a product/manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the overall Quality function across incoming, in-process, final and customer quality.
- Develop and implement Quality Management Systems (QMS)



aligned with business and product requirements.
- Establish quality standards, procedures, inspection plans and quality control processes for HVAC/refrigeration/thermal products.
- Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, 8D, CAPA, RCA and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define and monitor quality KPIs, defect rates, rejection, rework, customer complaints and PPM .
- Lead supplier quality management , supplier audits, incoming inspection and supplier development.
- Work closely with Design, R&D;, Production, Procurement, Service and Engineering teams to ensure quality at every stage of the product lifecycle.
- Drive NPD quality and validation from prototype development through pilot production and commercialization.
- Establish inspection and testing methodologies for HVAC, refrigeration, chiller and thermal systems/components .
