nRole Overview
nWe are looking for a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Back-Office Operations Executive to support client onboarding, documentation, data management and day-to-day office operations.

nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Handle client onboarding, account opening, KYC and related documentation accuratelyn
- Update client and transaction data in internal software and systemsn
- Prepare Excel sheets, reports, presentations and documents as instructedn
- Collect relevant information from the internet and present it in a clear, structured formatn




- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely completion of operational tasksn
- Coordinate with clients, AMCs, platforms and internal team members when requiredn
- Use basic AI tools such as ChatGPT for research, documentation and improving work efficiencyn
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and follow up until completionn

nSkills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline; freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience can applyn
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and Wordn
- Comfortable using computers, internet and online platformsn
- Good command of spoken English and Hindin
- Good common sense, attention to detail and presence of mindn
- Should be organized, responsible and willing to learnn
