Job Description
About the role
n

nFuzionest builds AI systems for enterprise clients across logistics, manufacturing and pharma. We're expanding our sales team.
n

nThis is not a script-and-dialer role. You'll own accounts from
nresearch through to the first conversation, and work directly
nwith our founder.
n

n

nWhat you'll do
n

n• Identify and research target accounts — who holds the budget,
n what changed in their business, why now
n• Map the buying committee and find the right way in
n• Reach decision makers however works best — LinkedIn, phone,
n references, industry networks, events. Your call.
n• Write and send personalised outreach to senior decision makers
n• Run disciplined follow-up on every open conversation
n• Book qualified meetings with CXOs at 200–2000 employee companies
n• Keep the CRM current daily
n

n

nWhat we're looking for
n

n• 1–3 years in B2B sales,

IT services or SaaS
n• Strong written and spoken English — you'll deal with CXOs
n• Genuine research ability: you can read a company and find the angle
n• Follow-up discipline — you chase on day 5, every time
n• Comfortable working in a small team with real ownership
n

nBring your own channel. If you already have relationships in
nmanufacturing, pharma or logistics, that counts for more with us
nthan any tool or certification.
n

n

nOur process
n

nNo long resume screen. We'll send you one company from our target
nlist and ask for a one-page account map plus how you'd get to the
ndecision maker. 90 minutes. If it's valuable, we talk.
