NKey Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-dayfinancial operations including invoicing, vendor payments, reconciliation and monitoring cash flow. N
- Ensure timely collection of payments through regular follow-ups, while maintaining healthy cash flow and organizational liquidity. N
- Prepare, arrange, and maintain Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and other financial documents on a periodic basis. N
- Maintain a constant watch on the financial position of the company, expense & income projections, and provide detailed insights and analysis to management for decision-making. N
- Ensure timely filing oftaxes and all statutory compliances by coordinating with internal teams and external consultants. N
- Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping of all expenses, including petty cash, and facilitate periodic audits by the reporting authority. N
- Prepare and present quarterly, half-yearly, and annual financial reports with detailed analysis. N




- Monitor budgets and make suggestions for cost optimization whenever possible. N

- Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers to ensure timely resolution of hardware, software, network, email, and system-related issues. N
- Oversee IT asset inventory, software renewals, user access management, and ensure adherence to the organization's IT policies and security protocols. N

- Prior experience in handling finances for a Private Limited company, preferably in a service-based industry. N
- Strong knowledge of taxation, GST, TDS, and statutory compliances. N
- Proficiency in accounting tools (Zoho Books), Google Sheets and MS Excel. N
