nA - 2 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
NA) To actively pursue newmarkets and customers for SMML products, and contribute to
Nthe growth in sales
nB)



Ensure orders are received & reviewed for technical / consumer correctness and acknowledge
Ndelivery daily
nC)Co -ordinate with various departments to ensure commitments made to the customers are kept up.
ND) Communicate with the customers on regular basis on supplies/ Quality issues Etc.,
N(Including weekly updates, conference calls, etc.,)
NE) Alert proactively bothPlant / Factory personnel, with respect to the
NCommitments and initiate corrective action .
