*Founder's Office*

This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving complex business problems, and can move seamlessly between strategy and execution.

As a Founder's Office Associate, you will work directly with the Founder on the company's highest-priority initiatives. One week you may be evaluating a new business opportunity, the next you could be driving a product launch, building operating dashboards, closing strategic partnerships, or solving bottlenecks across teams.

Ensure that the Founder spends time on the highest-leverage activities while critical business initiatives move faster and better.

*What You'll Do*

Strategic Projects
Drive high-impact cross-functional projects from ideation to execution. Conduct market, competitor, customer, and business research. Build business cases for new categories, channels, and growth opportunities. Support annual and quarterly planning initiatives.

*Founder Leverage*
Act as the Founder’s thought partner on key business decisions. Prepare decision-making frameworks, analyses,



and recommendations. Follow up on key priorities across teams and ensure execution. Create clarity from ambiguity and drive outcomes without constant supervision.
Business Operations Build and maintain operating dashboards and business reviews. Analyze business performance across growth, marketing, operations, product, and finance. Identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements.

Special Initiatives
Lead strategic partnerships and external collaborations. Support fundraising, investor relations, and board-level preparation when required. Work on "0-to-1" projects that don'tfit neatly into any existing function. Cross-Functional Execution Coordinate with Growth, Product, Operations, Brand, Marketplace, Finance, and Customer Experience teams. Ensure accountability and momentum on company-wide priorities.

*What We're Looking For*
Must Have 1–3 years of experience in consulting, startups, founder's office,
