Job DescriptionRole Overview:
NAs a Business DevelopmentManager, you will be responsible for identifying target accounts, generating new business leads, engaging decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and creating sales opportunities for our SaaS products and technology solutions.
NThe ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales/lead generation, preferably within the FMCG/CPG ecosystem, and should understand how to approach businesses and senior stakeholders with technology-led solutions.

- Generate qualified B2B leads across India and global markets. N
- Conduct extensive market and account research to identify potential customers. N
- Build targeted prospectlists across FMCG, CPG, retail, distribution, supply chain, and other relevant industries. N
- Execute outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, cold calling, email, and other prospecting channels. N
- Use platforms such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, CRM tools, etc., for lead generation and prospecting. N




- Understand prospects business challenges and identify opportunities where our SaaS products can add value. N
- Qualify leads based on business need, decision-making authority, budget, timeline, and fit. N
- Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations with the sales/business team. N
- Maintain accurate lead and prospect information in the CRM. N
- Follow up consistently with prospects and nurture potential opportunities. N
- Work closely with the sales, product, and consulting teams to understand our offerings and develop effective outreach strategies. N
- Track outreach activities, conversion rates, meetings generated, and pipeline contribution. N
- Research competitors, market trends, and current opportunities to continuously improve prospecting strategies. N
- Contribute to building Crazibrain's presence and customer base across India, Middle East, Africa, APAC, and other international markets. N
