- Capture all relevant data pertaining to plant electrical maintenance such as electricity consumption/diesel consumption for gensets, power factor etc. for analysis at higher level N
- Ensure batching plant maintenance through timely calibration N
- Maintain electrical equipment's, periodically review their availability and ensure un-interrupted power supply/gensets N
- Design and implement periodic preventive maintenance for plants and machinery and ensure vendors follow the mandatory safety guidelines N
- Ensure maintenance costis in line with the budget N
- Maintain records of each mechanical equipment for maintenance history N
- Prepare planning and budgeting for electrical maintenance process N
- Track the life cycle ofeach of the spare parts N




- Ensure the maintenance of the machineries/instruments in the plant(s) allocated N
- To ensure reduce the Breakdown hours/No. of breakdown instances to improve Capacity Utilization. N
- To educate and strict implementation of safety measure among the staff at plant as well as site and usage of PPE. N
- Implimenting safety SOPs and PTW/LOTOTO N
- To ensure positive housekeeping in and around the plant to create healthy working environment to the workmen. N
- Endeavor implementationof VDMS data, Kaizens & 5 S. N
- Regular tool box meetings with plant employees & TM Drivers N
