NWe are now recruiting a VP/Director – CT for our Gurgaon office.
NRoles G Responsibilities:

- n
- Lead tax assignments, encompassing direct tax, corporate tax mandates and international tax oversight. N
- Oversee the work of thetax team, ensuring assignments are completed with high quality N

nand efficiency.

- n
- Conduct regular reviews of work produced by team members. N
- Lead and support in achieving yearly and monthly PCL target of tax service line. N
- Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures for all tax deliverables. N
- Ensure that all client engagements meet the high standards of accuracy and timeliness. N
- Provide expert opinionsand recommendations on complex direct tax matters.

- Review of submission and details before tax authorities for Assessments and Appeals and appearing before Tax authorities. N
- Advisory on withholdingtax applicability and providing opinion on issue of 15CA/CB/Tax clearances in respect of remittance of various payments. N
- Monitoring tax compliances of overseas subsidiaries and Tax implication on Foreign investments and N
- Review of Provision forTax, Deferred Tax, Effective Tax rate and Advance Tax N

nCalculations and other quarter closing related activities, Tax Balance sheet
N· Adhering to clients' corporate tax compliance timelines as per statute (assessments,
Nfiling of returns, etc) and engaging in corporate tax mandates for clients
N· Review deliverables prepared for clients related to various assignments.
NDesired Profile:
N· A Qualified CA having minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in areas of
NDirect tax
